We make every effort to ensure that the products we provide to customers match the pictures on our website pages. The real colour of a product, however, could differ somewhat from what is depicted in one of our internet images because photographs struggle to capture exact hues.
As soon as we become aware of any apparent variations in our items that customers may find unacceptable, we make every effort to update the descriptions and images on our website.
To view your sales receipt on our website, you have to log into your account. After that, navigate to "My Account" (top right) and then to "Orders". Click on the order you wish to check for its sales receipt.
Another way to check for your sales receipt is through your registered Mail ID. After placing an order, each customer receives an e-mail in which the order/sales receipt is attached to.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered to your doorstep in perfect condition as per your order.
However, if the product is wrongfully shipped by us i-e., the product doesn’t match the handmade piece you ordered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a refund only after fulfilling the eligibility of products in our return Policy.
Keeping our hand-made policy in mind, we generally restock our products within a set time period. The restocking of Kashmiri Merino Lamb Fur is not on the list due to the unique features of each Fur designed by nature itself. The Pashmina shawls and stoles are a part of our one-time collection and are not intended to be restocked anytime in the future.
In regard to the other products available on our platform, Yes, they will be restocked.
