Please read this return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase on kashmers.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, for defective products, subject to the conditions below.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back. Kashmers.com is not liable for returns lost in transit.
  4. If you received a product that is wrongfully shipped (does not match your order confirmation), short-shipped, or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we will arrange a full or partial refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please email us at hello@kashmers.com with your order details and supporting images or video immediately upon receiving your order.
  5. To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@kashmers.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photographs or video of the item and its packaging. Our customer care team will respond within 24 working hours.
  6. For damaged-in-transit products, an unboxing video serves as the strongest proof of damage and is strongly recommended. Claims submitted without supporting evidence may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  7. We aim to process all approved returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  8. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days of return processing.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  2. Cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
