Return And Refund Policy

Users are responsible for reading through and comprehending this cancellation, return, and refund policy. You are encouraged not to accept the Terms of Use and to immediately stop using the Platforms if you do not agree with the conditions in this cancellation, return, and refund policy. By starting a request for the purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms, you accept the conditions in this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy without modification and agree to be bound by them.

TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

  1. All sales are final, no refunds will be issued.
  2. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered to your doorstep in perfect condition as per your order. 
  3. If the product is wrongfully shipped by us in the form of a product that doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, is short-shipped and/or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we ensure partial or full refund or exchange of your product. All you have to do is mail us at hello@kashmers.com immediately after receiving your order.
  4. We want you to carefully check all the information regarding our products prior to purchasing. You can get more information under the “additional information” tab, like “dimensions of the product” to lessen the chances of return. In order to ask questions about the products, you can contact us at hello@kashmers.com. 
  5. To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please email us at hello@kashmers.com with your order details along with an image/images of the wrongfully delivered or defective item with original packaging immediately after receiving your package. Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 24 working hours.
  6. If you receive a damaged product, you will have to report a damage concern immediately to our customer service team via mail ( hello@kashmers.com ). Your mail should include the stated issue and bear proof of damage in the form of a video and/or image/s. We will evaluate your concern and resolve the issue by a refund or exchange for the product ordered. Only thing sensitive in case of such issues is “time of report”. We request you to report back to us as soon as you receive your order. An unboxing video would make your case stronger and hence we advise you to do so. 
  7. We promise to provide the best service to our customers. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with us immediately after receiving your order.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

  1. Orders can be cancelled strictly within 24 hours of confirmation. 
  2. Payment made through any online method of payment shall be refunded to the users original method of payment.
  3. Refunds are prioritized by Kashmers.com and we aim to reflect the amount within 2 (two) business days receiving the user’s request of cancellation.
