Do you cut trees to make wooden items?

Trees, the green gold, is a well protected state asset. So, where does this wood that is sold in the market come from? The trees too have a life. They breathe, exhale, get diseases, get old and die. So when trees are no longer alive, it is the Government’s concerned Forestry department that takes over. Different types of wood are then auctioned through a proper government supervised process. 

If these fallen trees are left to rot , they would at one stage, emit CO2 (emission gas), which would be ecologically unfriendly. 

In that context, we help protect the environment, by parking the wood in the form of things (products).

In other words, we help park the carbon, which would otherwise be released and pose a threat to the environment.

No, it is not mandatory for a user to create an account before shopping on our platform. Although, while placing an order, we ask for all necessary details including your email address, phone number and pin code. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation mail along with your invoice. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another mail informing you about the same along with important details like tracking link and AWB number

No, we do not offer Cash on delivery for any of our products.

How do I know the actual size of the product I'm looking forward to buying?

To know the actual size of the product you are looking at, you have two ways to make sure about your product size. One, you can scroll down to “Additional Information” under the product catalog, there you can find the actual dimensions of the product. Second, you can hover to the last picture of the product catalog to see the dimensions represented against the actual product. 

What should I do if I have received the wrong product ?

If the product is wrongfully shipped by us in the form of a product that doesn't match the item in the order confirmation, is short-shipped and/or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we ensure refund or exchange of your product. All you have to do is mail us at hello@kashmers.com immediately receiving your order.

What if the product I receive is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, you will have to report a damage concern immediately to our customer service team via mail ( hello@kashmers.com )

Your mail should include the stated issue and bear proof of damage in the form of a video and/or image/s . 

We will evaluate your concern and resolve the issue by a refund or exchange for the product ordered. 

Only thing sensitive in case of such issues is “time of report”. We request you to report back to us as soon as you receive your order. An unboxing video would make your case stronger and hence we advise you to do so.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Your payment might have failed due to many reasons such as poor internet connection,entering incorrect payment details or insufficient account balance. Payment can be retried in such cases after knowing exactly what went wrong


If your transaction failed but the money got deducted from your bank account, no need to panic as the bank itself gets the amount reversed to your account. This can take anywhere from 3-14 days. Refer to your bank account statement to verify if your transaction has been reversed.
